Therapeutic Exercise

We teach our patients specific exercises designed just for them, t o help str en gthen and correct their own unique problem. We offer exercise solutions based on each individual's assessment, diagnosis, and goals. There are no cookie cutter therapy programs offered here! The exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home or at the gym, and will enhance the treatment process. They help maintain healing benefits, as well as reducing the likelihood of future problems. We also design and modify your current workout program to make sure you are doing exercises to help your body and not cause further injury.
